    "description":"Concentrations de dioxyde d'azote NO2 sur la commune d'Orsay (INSEE 91471), a une hauteur modelisee de 5 m.\n\nSOURCE REELLE : cartographie air-bruit 2024 d'Airparif et Bruitparif (millesime 2024). Le volet air provient de la carte strategique annuelle de la qualite de l'air d'Airparif (concentrations moyennes annuelles modelisees de NO2). Chaque maille de la source est conservee individuellement (2766 entites couvrant Orsay), decoupee sur le contour communal : la carte restitue la variation spatiale reelle (zones tres degradees pres des voies).\n\nCLASSES (seuils NO2, \u00b5g/m3) :\n- Preserve : NO2 inferieur ou egal a 10 (respect OMS 2021), couleur #1a9850 (absent sur Orsay)\n- Altere : NO2 de 10 a 40 (depassement OMS, respect de la valeur limite reglementaire), couleur #fdae61\n- Tres degrade : NO2 superieur a 40 (depassement de la valeur limite reglementaire), couleur #d73027\n\nMODELE DE HAUTEUR (assume et documente) : la source est une donnee 2D au sol. Profil vertical decroissant applique a la valeur representative de chaque classe, decroissance d'environ 3 %/m : C(1 m) = base, C(2 m) = base x 0,95, C(5 m) = base x 0,85. Valeurs representatives de base a 1 m : 8, 27 et 46 \u00b5g/m3. Le NO2, lie au trafic routier, est plus concentre pres du sol.\n\nChaque entite porte : valeur (\u00b5g/m3 NO2 a cette hauteur), unite, hauteur_m, niveau, classe, couleur (hex), source. Projection EPSG:4326.\n\nATTENTION : les valeurs par hauteur sont une modelisation, pas une mesure.",
